Wasco Reserves will now be known as Wasco Reserve effectively immediately

The Wasco Reserves will no be known

The Wasco Reserves will no be known as the Wasco Reserve. The team was named after the Duck Reserve near Wasco. The teams website is now http://www.WascoReserve.com as well as their facebook page.

Field Manager Bill Moore "Reserves is not a good name for a baseball team when you are losing. Reserve is much better. I want to be known as the Reserve from this point forward. Minor change just drop the S."

The Reserve join numerous other singular team (Garden City Wind and Santa Fe Fuego) names in the Pecos League.

The Reserve will begin their 2nd season May 28, 2020 in Monterey against the Amberjacks.

The Wasco Reserve will be hosting its vocalist auditions for National Anthem

The Wasco Reserves will be hosting

The Wasco Reserves will be hosting its inaugural vocalist auditions for the 2019 season on Tuesday, May 22st at 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Wasco Recreation Ballpark Soloists, duets, trios and groups are invited to audition The Star-Spangled Banner.

Interested parties who would like to tryout should come out to ballpark no later than 7:00pm. Open auditions will be on a first-come, first-serve basis from. Top performers will sing live at Wasco Reserves during the 2019 baseball season which begins open the season on May 30th and run through August 2. The very best performer from that day will be selected to have the honor of singing the National Anthem on Opening Day. All ages are welcome, but children should be accompanied by an adult.

Wasco, Ca-The Pecos League of Professional Baseball Clubs is proud to announce its newest team in Wasco, California Wasco is located 24 miles Northwest of Bakersfield in Kern County. The team will be named the Wasco Reserves. The team will play at Wasco Athletic Park.

• The team will wear Maroon Jerseys and Maroon Hats.

The Wasco Reserves will play in the Pecos Leagues Pacific Division for the 2019 season with the Bakesfield Train Robbers, California City Whiptails, High Desert Yardbirds and Monterey Amberjacks. The Reserves will be hiring on field staff and gameday operations staff.

The Wasco Reserves have released their 2019 schedule. The Reserves are the only expansion team in the Pecos League and first since 2017. The Reserves will play in Pecos Leagues Pacific Division. The Pacific Division will consist of the Tucson Saguaros, Monterey Amberjacks, Wasco Reserves, Bakersfield Train Robbers, High Desert Yardbirds and California City Whiptails

The Reserves will hold Spring Training in Wasco. The Reserves will open the Regular Season on May 30 in Monterey against the Amberjacks. Their first home game will be Saturday June 1 against the Bakersfield Train Robbers
