June 15 2019 Wasco Reserve scored three times in the seventh inning to defeat the Tucson Saguaros 3-2. Tucson led 2-0 after scoring twice in the fifth, but Wasco answered with its decisive three-run seventh before Mitchell Langer closed out the victory with a scoreless ninth.
Tyler Dupree drove in all three Wasco runs and finished with a hit. Justin Crider went 2-for-2 with a walk and a run scored, while Charlie Padilla also collected two hits. Wasco finished with nine hits overall. Tucson totaled six hits, with Patrick Clifford and E. Zorilla recording two apiece. Zorilla hit a solo home run and accounted for Tucsons lone RBI.
Wasco starter Max Williams allowed four hits and two runs over five innings while striking out eight. AJ Clayton earned the win after pitching 2.2 scoreless innings with three strikeouts, and Langer recorded the save with a hitless inning and three strikeouts. Tucson starter Drake Bannerman held Wasco scoreless on five hits through six innings, but Austin Cooper took the loss after allowing three runs on three hits in the seventh.
